There are many positives I took away from this book. I actually found it eerie while reading this book how many similar situations pop up in my own life. Something else that is fine very well is Chris knows his audience. For music, there's a tale where Jericho is asked to be part of Lemmy's (Motorhead) 70th birthday celebrations. It is a pretty cool tale that is fabricated far more poignant by the fact that Lemmy was diagnosed with terminal cancer and sadly, passed away 2 weeks later on his altogether.
Some other tale that stands out is to do with Fozzy (Jericho's ring). Fozzy were touring Europe at the time of the devastating terrorist attacks perpetrated by ISIS in Paris during November 2015. While lots of other bands afterwards decided to postpone their tours, Fozzy continued with their own tour playing in Paris exactly a week later the set on on the Bataclan. I think this format has led to the book being far more introspective and honest than his previous ones, and that's why No Is A Four-Letter Word is worth your time.

Was strangely entertaining to hear his boring stories of stalking Yoko Ono into the bath, relentlessly harassing Paul McCartney, thinking he is the near relevant person, laughing and mocking women of all shapes and sizes, treating them like objects, whilst revering male manufacture has-beens. Claiming to accept effectively fabricated AJ Styles' wrestling career. The listing goes on and on. What an eager lil beaver.

Listened to the (e)audiobook version and was SO happy I did because it was amazing to hear the stories from Jericho himself.
It was a scrap sad (being 4-5 years out at present from the writing of this book), to know he parted ways with the WWE (and perchance not on the best terms), but I was happy to hear all his stories.
His rock-centric stories were even more than fun - specially the ones when he was fanboying himself over various rockstars!
I am looking forward to reading his other books, but wish I

My just quibble with the book (like about motivational tales from successful people) has a bias because they succeeded. The message is more often than not, never give up and believe in yourself. While this is necessary for success at high levels, it'southward not always sufficient.
Think of this as a motivational volume with some wrestling/rock n' roll stories thrown in. If you're a Chris Jericho fan, then y'all'll enjoy the volume. If you lot're not, then in that location's even so some entertaining stuff.My only quibble with the book (like near motivational tales from successful people) has a bias because they succeeded.
